Zeus WPI is the student society of Ghent University that is aimed towards all students who share a common interest in computer science and technology. We use, contribute and promote free and open source software in all we do. We regularly organise talks on various topics, ranging from novice to more advanced levels.
We have a hackerspace in the basement of one of the university buildings, S9 on campus Sterre. Here, we share our knowledge and work together on projects that our courses don’t cover.

Every month there are free coderdojo sessions where children can learn how to program or use all kinds of technology.

Notice: this space is permanently closed It is a location where people with common interests, usually in science, technology, digital or electronic art can meet, socialise and collaborate. A hackerspace can be viewed as an open community lab, workbench, machine shop, workshop and/or studio where people of diverse backgrounds can come together to share resources and knowledge to build/make things. Voidwarranties functions as center for peer learning and knowledge sharing, in the form work shops, presentations, and lectures.
